I have looked at this pen every which way and can find no signs of prior use. I have included pictures of both the input on the Nib as well as the cap. A light touch of distilled water on a soft cloth gentle brushed on the top and bottom side of the Nib revealed no ink.
Has the converter installed. The nib looks slightly spread. Writing on the paper pictured is from this pen.
