Wear includes scratches, scuffs, discoloration, finish wear, tarnish, and dried ink residue visible on the barrel, cap, lever, nib, and feed. The filler may have hardened seals, an old sac or diaphragm, dried ink, or internal wear, and its ability to draw or retain ink is unknown.
